A steam hair iron for perfect hair straightening that provides more effective results. Protects and hydrate hair leaving it soft and shiny as well as preventing frizzing. The steam function is separate and can be used whenever you wish. PTC technology means that the iron heats up quickly (it reaches the desired temperature in just 30 seconds) and this increases how long the heat lasts. It has 3D ceramic plates that won't damage the hair and prevents friction, thereby reducing snags and pulls. On the LED screen, you will find 5 adjustable temperature levels (120-200 ºC) which will adapt to all types of hair. The hair iron switches off automatically when not in use for 45 minutes. Its modern, curved design also enables you to create waves more easily. The cable rotates 360º and is extra long, with a length of 180 cm, so that it is totally convenient to use. To avoid accidental burns, the safety lock keeps the plates closed when the iron is not in use. Includes instructions for use and a removable tank to fill with distilled water when the steam function is activated. Shipping information
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the European Union (EU).
Our products are sourced from both European and international partner warehouses, including locations within the EU (e.g., Italy and Spain) as well as China.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for orders over €100.
Depending on the country and delivery location, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed after entering the delivery address at checkout.
Shipping fees include packaging and handling.
3. Delivery Time
The estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed based on your location after entering your delivery address at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping origin (EU or international warehouse) and item availability.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including a tracking link.
5. Partial Deliveries
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
6. Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to retain the original shipping fee.
7. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped from outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & warranty
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@trendbazaar.eu. Please note that returns must be sent to the return address provided by us, as stated on the return label.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
